Who we are
Bright Lilly Healthcare is a registered NDIS provider and Bright Lilly College delivers training, with locations at 94 Welshpool Road, Welshpool WA 6106 and 33 Warwick Street, Walkerville SA 5081.
Information we collect
Depending on how you deal with us, we may collect:
- contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number and suburb;
- information you give us in enquiry, booking, enrolment or lead forms, including the course or service you are interested in and any message you send;
- information needed to deliver and manage services or training, which for NDIS participants or students may include sensitive information such as health or disability information, but only with your consent or where the law allows;
- information from job applicants, such as résumés and work history;
- technical information from visits to our website, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and cookies, collected through tools such as Google Analytics and our website chat.
How we collect it
We collect information directly from you when you complete a form on our website or on Facebook or Instagram lead forms, call or email us, chat with us online, enrol, or apply for a job. We may also collect it from people you authorise, such as a plan manager, support coordinator or family member.
Why we use it
- to respond to your enquiries and contact you about our services and courses;
- to provide NDIS supports, deliver training and manage enrolments, bookings and billing;
- to meet our legal, funding, quality and regulatory obligations;
- to improve our website, services and marketing, and to measure how our advertising performs;
- to contact you with information about our services, where you have not opted out.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, customer-relationship, analytics and advertising platforms (for example Google and Meta), with government and regulatory bodies where required, and with other people involved in your care or training where you have agreed. Some of these providers store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to make sure they handle it appropriately.
Marketing and advertising
If you submit a lead form through Facebook or Instagram, the details you provide are sent to us so we can contact you about the course or service you asked about. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and you can adjust ad preferences in your Facebook, Instagram and Google settings.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to work properly and to understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although parts of the website may not work as well.
Security and retention
We store information in secure systems and limit access to the people who need it. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, and then destroy or de-identify it.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Complaints
If you think we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, contact us first and we will investigate. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.oaic.gov.au.
