What We Look For
To ensure the highest standards of care and safety, all staff must meet the following benchmark criteria:
- Relevant Industry Experience: A minimum of 12 months of relevant experience within the Australian healthcare sector.
- National Police Clearance: A current police clearance certificate, dated within the last 6 months, with the ability to work unsupervised with vulnerable groups.
- Qualifications and Registrations: Certificate III in Individual Support, or Relevant AHPRA registration (for applicable roles).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective interaction with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Passion for Wellbeing: A genuine enthusiasm for promoting health and wellbeing in every aspect of your work.
- Understanding of Quality and Safety: A strong grasp of quality and safety outcomes in healthcare, ensuring the best practices in all services provided.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing environments and handle various responsibilities with a positive attitude.
- Vaccination Proof: Current proof of influenza vaccination and COVID-19 vaccination, in line with health and safety regulations.
